Layaway and Return Policies. Terms and conditions

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNKNOWN ORDERS.

    If you send anything to our shop without letting us know before shipping. We will refuse delivery.


    Unexpected shipping is commonly due to FFL transfers and ammo transfers.

  • Layaway Policy

    Pay however you want, we typically ask for 20% down.

    We won't hesitate to accommodate.

  • Refunds and Returns

    If you have any issues with a product or service, we will work with you to:

    • Return the item for an exchange or,
    • Return the item for a refund or,
    • Perform a good faith fix or replacement.

    Orders that are ready for pick up, processing, or in transit are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing error or defect.

  • Failing background check

    If you fail a background check because you fall within the prohibited person category, we will issue NO refund for the firearm and the background check.


    If you fail a background check for any other reason, and are not a prohibited person, there will be no restocking fee charged! However we will not issue a refund for the original background check, and you will be charged for any additional background checks.

  • We are not lawyers

    We do not give out any legal advice nor do we claim any validity to any advice. It is the customers responsibility to know and understand local, state, and federal regulations.

Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Pricing, Inventory and Information Disclaimer:

All pricing subject to change without notice. For all prices, products and offers, MoreauWorks LLC reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. While MoreauWorks LLC uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site,MoreauWorks LLC makes no warranties or representations as to the Site’s accuracy. MoreauWorks LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.

Inventory is updated everyday, some low stock items may be double ordered. In the small chance this happens MoreauWorks LLC will contact you to work out a back order or refund.

Payments and Orders:

Orders are not binding upon MoreauWorks LLC until accepted by MoreauWorks LLC. Terms of payment are within MoreauWorks LLC’s sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. MoreauWorks LLC may invoice parts of an order separately. Customers agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order. MoreauWorks LLC collects California sales tax on all orders.

Magazine Blocking Service:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to research and obey all local, state as well as federal laws in regard to the possession of any magazine purchased from MoreauWorks LLC. By excepting our terms and conditions at checkout, you will be releasing MoreauWorks LLC of any Liability.
